Also, du bekommst keine Blöcke, wenn du abbaust, oder du kannst nicht abbauen?
Ersteres: /gamerule doTileDrops 1 (die Gamerule wird nämlich mit der Welt mitgespeichert.)
Zweiteres: WorldGuard überprüfen, Spawn-Protection überprüfen und ggf. auf 4-10 setzen.
